If you’ve been to our website in the past 2-3 weeks you haven’t seen much change because we have been hard at work a BRAND new website. We are really excited about the new site as it will offer some great new features and we believe you will be excited too! Birthday Parties:

Many of you have asked if Confluence would ever do parties? Well the time has come… Confluence is proud to announce that starting this September you will now be able to host your child’s birthday at our convenient location. No need to stress over having 10+ children & parents at your home, let Confluence take care of it all. You can choose to Create Your Own Party with Confluence or a have a Themed Birthday Party provided by Updo’s Studio. Learn more about our party options at our website.

Rental Updates

Conference Rooms

• Time Frame: Over the past year our Free Conference rooms have become crucial in the life of this community. Many of you have chosen to host events or meetings in these rooms. They became so popular that we had to open a 2nd conference room this past Spring. The past few months we have been trying to determine how we can better serve this community. 95% of our bookings are 2 hours or less, so to allow for more folks to use the conference room through the week our conference rooms are now free up TWO HOURS instead of the original three hours.  Each additional hour will only $15.
• Food options: Additionally, many of you have been requesting to bring outside food in to the conference rooms and up until this point we have not allowed any outside food. Starting today, for a one time fee of $20 you can bring as much outside food as you want. However, no outside drinks will be allowed. All beverages should be purchased through Confluence.

Confluence UNDERGROUND

We have simplified the booking options and lowered the prices. So if you need to host a large business training meeting, family reunion, etc – we are the place to be! Learn more about the new rental options and lower prices.

• RSS Feed - On the right side the page you can click to sign up for the Confluence RSS feed. This is a handy tool for you to stay up to date with the news of Confluence
• Email Newsletter - If you don’t already receive our email newsletter, you can sign up on the right side of any page
• Flickr Photos - on the right side of the page you can see our Flickr Photo Stream. If you want to tag Confluence in photos on Facebook, we will add your photos of you having a great time to our Flickr site.
• Social Networking - If you’re not following us on Twitter, Facebook, or Myspace – start today. On the very bottom of any page you can access all of our Social Networking sites.
• Shop Online: Online shop for merchandise and our catering options.
• Sign up for Rewards: Did you know that you can receive 5% back to Confluence on every purchase? Just sign up with your phone number.
• Gift Cards: Have a gift card, but don’t know the balance? Log online to find out.
